These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the gsc33 platform, including all gaming products, promotions, and account services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", or "your") and gsc33 ("gsc33", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the website located at gsc33.co and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and gaming applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any product or service on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
1.1 Your access to and use of the gsc33 Platform is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.
1.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately and close any account you may have registered.
1.3 gsc33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any gaming service on gsc33. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are aged 21 or older. gsc33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and any funds deposited will be returned to the payment method used.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the gsc33 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. gsc33 does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. You acknowledge that gsc33 cannot verify the legality of its services in every jurisdiction and that you bear full responsibility for compliance with your local laws.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on gsc33: (a) persons who are self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated platform; (b) persons employed by gsc33 or its service providers; (c) persons who have previously had accounts closed by gsc33 for violations of these Terms.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on the gsc33 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where gsc33 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with the individual may be suspended and any balances — including bonus funds — may be forfeited.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. You are required to notify gsc33 promptly of any changes to your registered information, including your email address or phone number.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your gsc33 account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. gsc33 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. gsc33 may require you to submit identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle. Required documents may include, but are not limited to, a valid government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership. gsc33 reserves the right to restrict account functionality, including deposits and withdrawals, pending completion of KYC verification.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gsc33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and selected cryptocurrency networks. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the gsc33 Platform is RM 20. Minimum and maximum limits for individual payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change without advance notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted to Touch n Go eWallet and Boost are ordinarily processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank are ordinarily processed within the same business day. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where KYC verification is pending.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Funds must be deposited and used for genuine gaming activity before a withdrawal will be processed. gsc33 reserves the right to review withdrawal requests where the deposit-to-withdrawal pattern suggests that the Platform was used solely as a payment processing mechanism without meaningful gaming activity.
4.5 No Withdrawal Fees. gsc33 does not charge fees on standard player withdrawals. Third-party payment provider fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Player.
5.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by gsc33 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game eligibility restrictions, and expiry periods. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
5.2 Fair Use. Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. gsc33 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where there is reasonable evidence of: (a) systematic exploitation of bonus terms; (b) low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash with minimal gaming risk; (c) coordinated multi-account bonus abuse; or (d) any other conduct that gsc33 determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute abuse of the promotion system.
5.3 gsc33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion prior to its modification will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.
6.1 All gaming products on the gsc33 Platform — including live casino, slots, sportsbook, and lottery — are governed by the rules of the individual game or product, which are published within the game interface or upon request from gsc33 support.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a gaming session, gsc33 will endeavour to resolve the issue and restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, wagers placed during a confirmed malfunction may be voided and stakes returned.
6.3 Bet Settlement. The settlement of sports bets and live casino game outcomes is final once confirmed by the system. Disputes regarding settlements must be raised with gsc33 customer support within 72 hours of the relevant event result.

8.1 gsc33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

9.1 All content on the gsc33 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, logos, and trademarks — is the property of gsc33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
9.2 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the gsc33 Platform without the prior written consent of gsc33.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gsc33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
10.2 gsc33's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by gsc33's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
gsc33's collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
gsc33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the Platform. Where amendments are material, we will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered users via the registered email address before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gsc33 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to gsc33's internal dispute resolution process, details of which are available from customer support.
13.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority in the licensing jurisdiction. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
